How to use Quick Path

Quick path is used to quickly locate information specific to your product. To use the quick path feature, follow the instructions below:

1. Position the cursor in the Quick Path field.
2. Enter the product number for your desired product. (Example: 2668-KHU or 40Y8716)
   Note: For more information, refer to Finding my product number (machine type/model or part number) and serial number. If your specific product is not found, use Browse Products
3. Click Find My Product.
4. To see information other than Common Support Needs and News and Alerts, click Downloads Drivers & Software, Diagnose & Fix, Product & Service Warranty, Product & Parts Detail, User Guides & Manuals, or Research & Learn on the left navigation under "Support."
5. Click the document that you want to view from the list provided.
