How to enter OS directory through "Safe Mode"

The above symptom may occur on the following operating systems:

Microsoft Windows XP

Microsoft Windows Vista

Microsoft Windows 7

VALID REGIONS/COUNTRIES:

Worldwide

SOLUTION:

Windows XP

1. Press and hold the F8 key as your computer starts. You need to press F8 before the boot-up logo appears. (Fig.1 is only for reference. The actual image you see may differ.)

2. On the Advanced Boot Options screen, use the arrow keys to highlight the safe mode option you want, and then press "Enter".

3. Select the operating system to start and press "Enter"

4. Loading Windows files.

5. In the prompting "Desktop", select "Yes".

6. Enter Windows XP safe mode.

Windows Vista
