Windows Explorer may stop responding when the user selects to uninstall an application - Lenovo 3000 J200, J200p, J205, K100, S200, S200p, S205, ThinkCentre A57, A57e, A61, A62, M57, M57e, M57p, M58, M58p, ThinkStation D10, S10

Symptom

On a client computer that is running Windows Vista or Windows 7, you install the 2007 Office system. After that, you do not start any 2007 Office applications. In this case, when you try to uninstall an application for the first time, Windows Explorer may stop responding. For example, if you try to uninstall such as Adobe Acrobat Reader for the first time, Windows Explorer may stop responding.
