Why do I need to register my warranty upgrades?
  1. Activate the warranty upgrade or extension service that you have purchased
  2. Your warranty start or end date is wrong using warranty lookup tool
How do I register?

  • If you have purchased a service upgrade and do not see it reflected on the warranty status page, please refer to the email from Lenovo which you should have received at the time of purchase.

    If you did not receive the email, please check with your place of purchase.

  • If you have registered and the warranty dates are not updated, please contact the Services Sales Registration team at nasr@lenovo.com for assistance.
