IBM Rescue and Recovery™ with Rapid Restore™ - Password not accepted
Symptom The IBM Rescue and Recovery with Rapid Restore environment password is not accepted. This may have been caused by:
Choosing to change the password while installing the software
Typing the incorrect password
Lost or forgotten password
Affected configuration IBM systems supported by IBM Rescue and Recovery with Rapid Restore, running Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP, configured with IBM Rapid Restore Ultra
Try entering the password with the Onscreen Keyboard
If the password is lost or forgotten IBM cannot reset your password, therefore you will need to uninstall and reinstall the IBM Rescue and Recovery with Rapid Restore software.
