Symptom
The IBM Rescue and Recovery environment does not support all on-screen keyboard functions. For example the Windows start menu key will not perform a function under the IBM Rescue and Recovery environment.

Affected configurations
IBM systems supported by IBM Rescue and Recovery with Rapid Restore, running Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP, configured with IBM Rescue and Recovery with Rapid Restore
