When the user installs the ADD2-R Connection adapter to be used as an additional video display, then toggles between windows mode and DOS mode while playing some DOS base type games the display could be blank or display a compress screen.

Notes: The DVI-D/DVI-I Connection adapter (ADD2-R) is installed and connected to a DVI display.

Additional Info:

1. Install the ADD2-R Connection adapter, and configure the Intel video driver to use dual displays.
2. Launch the DOS base type game.
3. Press Alt+Enter key combination to switch between windows mode and DOS mode.
4. Windows 2000 may display a compressed screen while Windows XP may be blank.

None. No hardware should be replaced for this issue.

This is a limitation of the display driver.
