Warranty

In order to get your warranty informations, do the followings:

  1. Get your product information by using one of the following options:
  2. Click "Product & Service Warranty".

  3. To learn any of the following, click the link below:

    Check Warranty Status - Determine if your machine is in warranty or when your warranty expires.
    Check your PC Depot Repair Status - Find out the status of a Lenovo personal computer that you have sent for repair.
    Extend or Upgrade your warranty - Extend or upgrade your machine warranty after its expires.
    Find a Service Provider or Service Center Near You - Find local authorized warranty Service Providers and Service Centers to help upgrade or repair your Lenovo machine.
    Warranty policies - Read the Limited Warranty terms and conditions for Lenovo products.
    International Warranty Service - Find your International Service provider contact number.
Check Warranty Status
  1. Click "Check Warranty Status"


  2. Enter "Machine Type" and "Serial Number" in the field.

  3. Click "Submit".
  4. Your warranty information will be displayed.

Check your PC Depot Repair Status
  1. Click " Check your PC Depot Repair Status".

  2. Choose your product type (Click on the image).

  3. Click your country (ie: United States).

  4. Enter the "Machine Type", "Serial number" and "Reference number".

  5. Click "Submit" to display the information.
Extend or Upgrade your warranty
  1. Click "Extend or Upgrade your warranty".

  2. You can now purchase warranty for your system from our website.
Find a Service Provider or Service Center Near You
  1. Click "Find a Service Provider or Service Center Near You".

  2. You are able to find the service provider or service center in your region.
Warranty policies
  1. Click "Warranty Policies".

  2. You will be able to find the overview of our warranty policies.
International Warranty Services
  1. Click "International Warranty Services" which located under Lenovo support.


  2. Enter the "Machine Type" and click search.
