IBM Rescue and Recovery with Rapid Restore - The Access IBM and Enter key do not start into the IBM Rescue and Recovery with Rapid Restore environment

Symptom
If the BIOS has been updated after installing IBM Rescue and Recovery with Rapid Restore, the blue Access IBM button does not work.

Affected configurations
IBM systems supported by IBM Rescue and Recovery with Rapid Restore, running Microsoft Windows 2000 with Service Pack 3 or higher or Microsoft Windows XP.

Workaround
The user can, at boot time, either press the blue button, then choose recovery from the consolidated boot menu or press the F11 key.
