Lenovo QuickControl enables you to control your computer remotely using your smartphone. You can control the mouse cursor, change second screen settings, and manage active apps and windows. Lenovo QuickControl requires a companion app running on your smartphone.
If this package has been installed, updating (overwrite-installing) this package will fix problems, add new functions, or expand functions as noted below.

If you use Lenovo QuickControl, the following software must be installed.
[Windows 8 / 8.1] - Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
[Windows 7] - Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 Client Profile or higher
If you use Lenovo QuickControl with NFC (Near Field Communication), the following NFC devices are supported.
[Windows 8 / 8.1] - All NFC devices are supported, provided the driver is installed properly
[Windows 7] - For Broadcom NFC Broadcom NFC Driver version 18.104.22.1680 or higher
Not all antivirus firewall supports Lenovo QuickControl application. In such cases, please manually create an exception for Lenovo QuickControl to allow connection.
Port number settings
In case you need to change the port number, please make sure that the new port number is not already being used by another application.
If your computer runs satisfactorily now, it may not be necessary to update the software. To determine if you should update the software, refer to the Version Information section.
This section assumes to use Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer.
Click once on the underlined file name. Once this is done, some pop-up windows will appear.
Follow the instructions on the screen.
In the window to choose Run or Save, click the Save button.
Choose the folder you would like to download the file to and click the Save button. A different window will appear and the download will begin and complete. Once the download has completed, there may or may not be a message stating that the download completed successfully.
Make sure to be logged on with administrative account.
Locate the folder where the file was downloaded.
Locate the file that was downloaded and double-click it.
Follow the instructions on the screen.
In the "Select Destination Location" window, click Next. If you would like to select a different folder, click Browse.
In the "Ready to Install" window, click Install. All the necessary files will be extracted to the folder selected in the step 9.
Make sure the checkbox next to "Install ..... now" is checked and click Finish.
Follow the instructions on the screen to complete installation and restart the computer.
Finally delete the file saved in the step 4.
Note: This is for system administrators' use only.
Refer to the "Manual Install" section, and download and extract the file.
In the step 11 of the "Installing files" section, uncheck the checkbox next to "Install ..... now", and then click Finish to cancel installation.
At the command line, execute the command applicable to your OS: - setupwin8 /s /v"/qn REBOOT=ReallySuppress"(Windows 8 32-bit, 64-bit) - setupwin7 /s /v"/qn REBOOT=ReallySuppress"(Windows 7 32-bit, 64-bit)
Start Windows and logon with an administrator account.
Open Control Panel.
Make sure "View by Category" is selected, and click "Uninstall a program".
Select Lenovo QuickControl, and click Uninstall or Uninstall/Change.
Follow the instructions on the screen to complete uninstallation and restart the computer.
Determining which Version is Installed
Start Lenovo QuickControl. The main screen will be displayed.
In the Help menu, click "About Lenovo QuickControl".
