Norton Studio log-in issues with Microsoft Windows 8 - ThinkCentre, ThinkStation, ThinkPad
The user logs into Norton Studio successfully. After a few minutes, the user receives a log-in window pop-up message and they are unable to log in again.
The above symptom is associated to the following systems:
- All ThinkCentre
- All ThinkStation
- All ThinkPad
The user should update to the latest version in the Microsoft Windows 8 App Store as instructed below.
- Click “Store” in the Metro start screen.
- Click “Update” at the right-upper corner of the Store screen.
- Choose “Norton Studio” in the list of updates. Then, click on “Install” at the bottom of the page.
- After a few seconds, the install is completed.
