There is an unknown device listed in Lenovo Solution Center (LSC) when the user clicks on Check-up and then Device Manager, as the drive is not installed, but no such device can be found under Windows Device Manager.
This is a false report from LSC.
The above symptom is associated with, but not limited to, the following systems:

This issue will be resolved in a future LSC update.
The user can disable the message from LSC by enabling the Remind Me option provided on the same page of the LSC Device Manager function.
