Access Connections v4.42 fails to import profiles - All ThinkPad

Symptoms

When attempting to import profiles on systems running Japanese, Korean, simplified Chinese and traditional Chinese edition of Operating Systems, the profile will fail.

Affected Configurations

Lenovo Thinkpad system running Microsoft Windows XP and using Japanese, Korean, simplified Chinese and traditional Chinese editions.

Solution

Click here to install Access Connections v4.52 or greater and reimport the profile.
