ThinkVantage Productivity Center - Main Framework
Productivity Center is an entry point or portal for the most commonly used ThinkVantage Technologies and other utilities and help related tools. You can choose to install which ever components address your needs. You need to install the main framework and the components.
The Help Center is a component of Productivity Center which provides you with an online user's guide for your ThinkPad in conjunction with Access Help which is specific to your system. Use Help Center to learn how to use your ThinkPad features, get help and support from the Customer Support Center, and to browse other offerings provided by Lenovo.
Access Help is an onboard library of help topics that can help you answer specific questions about your ThinkPad system. Use the search index for help with battery settings, network configurations, and automating your backups, among many other things. Note that Access Help downloads are unique from system to system. Make sure that you select the right Access Help download that matches your system. Access Help can either be used as a stand-alone application or used with Help Center as a component of Productivity Center.
Productivity Center also includes a tool called Away Manager which lets you select and run system maintenance tasks while you are away from your computer. And with Away Manager's "whisper mode," you can run AntiVirus and disk cleanup tools in the background without impacting your valuable work time.

You can access troubleshooting tools and system information by pressing the blue Access IBM button, or the ThinkPad button at the top left of your keyboard (depending on your system).
