Updated flash2.exe. BIOS level 40 introduced a fix which has a side effect of making it impossible to flash to a down-level BIOS (from 40 or above to 37 or below). The updated flash2.exe allows this down-level flashing to occur again. After creating a down-level diskette, replace the flash2.exe program on the down-level diskette with the one from this release. It remains impossible to use winphlash to do this. Note that boot-block recovery is able to flash to a down-level BIOS.
