After resuming from hibernation mode, the MIDI sound will be distorted for about 2 seconds.
The modem dial-tone cannot be heard after the following scenario: mute sound by pressing FN+Backspace -> suspend -> resume -> disable mute by pressing FN+Delete -> attempt to use the modem . To resolve this symptom, either suspend and resume the computer a second time, or restart the system.
