A separate package is available which includes a version of this driver without an installable copy of the SoundMAX with SPX software. Obtain a copy of this driver without the SoundMax with SPX software.

Downloading the update

1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded file.

Installing the update

1. Click Start, select Find or Search, then click Files and folders.
2. Type dsiz22us.exe in the search field, then click Find Now. This will locate the dsiz22us.exe file you just downloaded.
3. Double-click the icon for dsiz22us.exe.
4. Click Next. Read the license agreement.
5. Click I accept the terms in the license agreement.
6. Click Next.
7. Ensure that "Save files in folder" is set to C:\IBMTOOLS\DRIVERS\DSIZ22US.
8. Click Next.
9. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the installation. Shutdown and restart your system when the installation is complete.
