This package installs an update to the Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 device driver for the ATI Radeon, Radeon VE, or Rage128 Pro Ultra video adapter that comes preinstalled in your IBM NetVista computer. This update requires approximately 19MB of space on your hard disk (drive C).

This update package is intended for IBM NetVista systems that come with a preinstalled ATI Radeon, Radeon VE, or Rage128 Pro Ultra video adapter.

Downloading the update

  1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
  2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded file.

Installing the update

  1. Click Start, select Find, then click Files or Folders.
  2. Type e74z20us.exe in the search field, then click Find Now. This will locate the e74z20us.exe file you just downloaded.
  3. Double-click the e74z20us.exe icon.
  4. Click Next. Read the license agreement.
  5. Click I accept the terms in the license agreement.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Ensure that "Save files in folder" is set to C:\IBMTOOLS\DRIVERS\E74Z20US.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Follow the onscreen prompts and choose to reboot at the end of installation.
