We are letting our Lenovo App Shop registered users know that the Lenovo App Shop will no longer be available as of September 21. Our store partner has discontinued operations and we recommend using the Google Play Store for your Android Applications.

The majority of applications downloaded from the Lenovo App Shop will continue to work, however there is a small subset of apps that will stop working by Nov 2nd. These applications all utilize the store partner's license management system. Once the store closes, this license management system will no longer be available. If you have purchased one or more of the apps listed below, we recommend that you contact the app developer or Independent Software Vendor (ISV) for assistance.  You can usually locate the app developer's technical support via email. Most applications include an email address in the app. We also recommend you select and install a backup program from the Google Play Store to back up all your apps.

Q: What am I supposed to do if my application no longer works?
A: Lenovo recommends users to contact the application developer or independent software vendor for assistance. A Technical Support email address can usually be found though the help section within the application. You may also visit the application developers website.

Q: Will Lenovo host another Android AppStore?
A: Currently there are no plans for another Lenovo App Store. Lenovo recommends all users to utilize Google Play Store.

Q: Can I back up my existing applications? How can I get my applications restored after a service event?
A: We recommend that you select and install a backup program from the Google Play Store to back up your existing applications. Backup programs can also be used to restore applications onto your system.
