SIM Card Removal and Installation

Some models of the ThinkPad T510, T510i, and W510 you are servicing might have the SIM card that the customer has installed.

If the computer you are servicing has the SIM card, remove it before you start the servicing.

For Access, remove this FRU:

Please perform the following step as shown in the picture below.

Removal steps of backup battery

After you finish the servicing, make sure that you insert the card back into the slot firmly .
