  1. Push the battery latch to the unlocked position and gently slide the battery out of the system.
  2. Loosen the seven captive screws.
  3. Lift the thermal cover up and out of the system.
  4. Pull the tab on the hard disk drive as shown.
  5. Lift the hard disk drive up and out of the system.
