Note: The power-on board assembly (with cable) and the microphone are attached to the palm rest assembly.

Please perform the following steps as shown in the pictures below.

For ThinkPad X100e

Please perform the following steps as shown in the pictures below.

For ThinkPad X120e

Please perform the following steps as shown in the pictures below.

When installing: Make sure that the connectors are attached firmly.

When installing: Make sure that all the projections of the palm rest assembly are attached firmly to the guide holes of the base cover.
