Structure frame removal and installation

For access, remove these FRUs, in order:

Structure frame removal step 1

1	M2 x 3 mm, wafer-head, nylon-coated (1)	Silver	0.189 Nm(1.85 kgfcm)

Remove the AC power jack cable [a].

Structure frame removal step 2 and 3

When installing: Make sure the connector is attached firmly, and that the cable is routed as in the figure above.

Remove the CPU support plate.

Structure frame removal step 4 and 5

Structure frame removal step 6, 7, 8 and 9

6	M2 x 3.5 mm, wafer-head, nylon-coated (4)	Black	0.189 Nm(1.85 kgfcm)
7	M2 x 9.5 mm, wafer-head, nylon-coated (1)	Black	0.189 Nm(1.85 kgfcm)
8	M2 x 3 mm, small-head, nylon-coated (1)	Silver	0.189 Nm(1.85 kgfcm)

In step [9], loosen the hex screws.

When installing: When attaching the system board to the frame, adjust the placement with the small projection [a]. Then secure the system board with the screws.

Remove the system board and the PC Card/ExpressCard slots assembly from the structure frame together.
