For access, remove these FRUs in order:

• Battery Pack FRU.
• Optical drive or second battery or travel cover FRU.
• PCI Express Mini Card for wireless LAN FRU.
• Wireless USB adapter or Intel Turbo Memory FRU.
• Keyboard FRU.
• PCI Express Mini Card for wireless WAN FRU.
• Palm rest or palm rest with fingerprint reader FRU.
• Keyboard bezel FRU.
• Audio FPC and audio sub card FRU.

Please perform the following step as shown in the picture below.

When installing: Make sure that the speaker connector is attached firmly, and the cables are routed as in this figure.
