The ThinkPad Battery 47 (4 cell), ThinkPad Battery 47+ (6 cell) and ThinkPad Battery 47++ (9 cell) are rechargeable batteries that use Lithium-Ion technology. They can be used as a replacement for aging system batteries or as a convenient spare battery.

The ThinkPad Battery 47 (4 cell) (43R9253) features:

The ThinkPad Battery 47+ (6 cell) (43R9254) features:

  • Battery Energy (watt-hour): 56.2 Wh
  • Meets standard system battery specifications
  • Over-discharge protection
  • Can be charged using the integrated battery charger within the ThinkPad X200 UltraBase

  • Previously named as: ThinkPad X200 Series 6 Cell Li-Ion Battery
