Memory installation movie

1. To remove the battery pack:
   1. Turn the computer off.
   2. Disconnect the AC adapter and all cables from the computer.
   3. Close the display and turn the system over.
   4. Disengage battery latch number one.
   5. Slide and hold battery latch number two in its open position and slide the battery out of the system.
2. To remove the standard or optional DIMM:
   1. Remove the single screw securing the DIMM access panel and remove the panel.
   2. Release the locking latches, allowing the DIMM to pop up.
   3. Lift it out of the system and place it on the ESD-protected surface.
