CD and DVD drive installation movie

To remove the optical drive:

1. Remove the battery pack:
   1. Turn the computer off.
   2. Disconnect the AC adapter and all cables from the computer.
   3. Close the computer display and turn the computer over.
   4. Slide and hold the battery latch in the unlocked position.
   5. Grasp the battery pack and pull it out of the system

2. Remove the optical drive:
   1. Remove the single screw securing the optical drive.
   2. Apply outward pressure along the edge of the cover to free the drive from the connector.
   3. Pull the drive out of the bay
