Keylock Login can't function after renaming file
Symptom

KeyLock Login application will not work with file name other than "Keylock Login.exe"

Affected configuration

Product:

  • 256MB USB 2.0 Memory Key (40Y8594)
  • 512MB USB 2.0 Memory Key (40Y8596)
  • Thinkplus 1GB USB 2.0 Memory Key (40Y7421)

Software: Keylock V1.0.0.13, Keylock V1.0.0.15, Keylock V1.0.0.16, Keylock V1.0.0.17, and Keylock V1.0.0.18
System: All Notebook and Desktop systems
Operating System: Windows2000 / WindowsXP

Solution

This is the software limitation, if the problem happened, please rename the Keylock Login file with the correct file name "Keylock Login.exe".
