Hard drive installation movie

To remove the hard disk drive:

1. Remove the battery pack:
   1. Turn the computer off.
   2. Disconnect the AC adapter and all cables from the computer.
   3. Close the computer display and turn the computer over.
   4. Unlock battery latch one.
   5. Unlock and hold battery latch two, and then slide out the battery pack
      Here is a closer look at a battery pack latch.
2. Remove the hard disk drive:
   1. Remove the single screw securing the hard disk drive cover and lift the cover off.
   2. Using the tab, pull the drive out.
3. Remove the hard disk drive shock mounts:
4. 1. Flex the shock mount to release it from the drive, and place aside.
   2. Use the same procedure to remove the other shock mount.
