The ThinkPad Convertible Monitor Stand (40Y7620) features:

• A traditional table top to support both CRT and flat-panel monitors.
• A unique flat panel mount that positions the display at eye level and allows for tilt and height adjustment.
• Rear supports for maximum visibility and access to the system and docking controls located beneath the monitor.
• A bottom plate that firmly secures the ThinkPad Advanced Mini Dock and the ThinkPad Essential Port Replicator. The bottom plate has two pegs that prevents Mini Dock or Port Replicator movement.

Note: The following docks and port replicators are not supported:

• ThinkPad Advanced Dock: As result of its physical dimensions exceed the space allowed by the bottom plate.
• ThinkPad Port Replicator Series 3, ThinkPad Mini Dock Series 3 and ThinkPad Mini Dock Plus Series 3 - 90W: As result of the peg location differ between the peg location of the bottom plate and the location on the Series 3 port replicator and Series 3 docks.

• Monitors may be placed on the stand's upper support tray or affixed to the flat panel mount using the hardware that is included.
• The ThinkPad Convertible Monitor Stand is designed specifically for ThinkVision monitors, however other monitors may be placed on the stand or attached to the flat panel mount if they fit on the upper support tray or conform to the VESA mounting standard and do not exceed the stand's documented weight capacity
• Notebooks may be placed directly on the stand's lower support tray or affixed to a port replicator and mini dock that is secured to the lower tray using the optional clips
