Hard drive installation movie

To remove the hard drive:

1. Remove the battery pack:
   1. Turn the system off.
   2. Disconnect the AC adapter and all cables.
   3. Close the system display and turn it over.
   4. Slide and hold the battery latch in the unlock position.
   5. Grasp the battery pack and pull it out of the system.
      Here is a closer look at a battery pack latch.
2. Remove the hard drive:
   1. Remove the single locking screw.
   2. Slide the cover to the front and lift it off.
   3. Rotate the cover out and off.
   4. Grasp the hard drive removal tab, pull the drive away from the connector and lift the drive out.
   5. Remove the rubber rail by pulling it away from the drive.
   6. Use the same procedure to remove the other rail.
   7. Save for reuse.
