Movie player help

With the cover open, you can see:

• The display
• The ThinkLight
• Stereo speakers
• You can also see the icons around the perimeter of the keyboard bezel that identify the corresponding ports on the side.
• These status indicators:
  • Wireless and Bluetooth, for models equipped with these features
  • Num lock
  • Caps lock
  • Drive in use
  • Power on
  • Battery status
  • Power status
  • Standby status
• You can see these control buttons across the top of the keyboard bezel:
  • Mute
  • Volume-down
  • Volume-up
  • ThinkVantage
  • Power control

In the lower section of the keyboard, you can see the TrackPoint pointing stick with the TrackPoint buttons. You can also see the TouchPad, TouchPad buttons, and the fingerprint reader.

Located on the top of the ThinkPad is a single cover latch, and these status indicators:

• Battery
• Power
• Standby

Located on the front of the ThinkPad are:

• Headphone
• Microphone in
• Wireless on or off
• Infrared port
• SD card slot
• SD indicator

Located on the right side of the ThinkPad are:

• PC card slot
• 2 USBs
• 1394 IEEE
• Ultrabay Slim device shown with a DVD R/W and CD R/W
• Ultrabay Slim release latch
• Ultrabay status indicator
• Release latch
• USB, and
• Key lock

Located on the rear are the:

• Video out connector, and
• 20 volt power connector
• Located on the left side of the ThinkPad are these connectors:
• External video
• Modem port, and
• Ethernet port with associated link and status LEDs

Located on the bottom are:

• The battery pack
• Battery latch
• Docking station connector
• The hard disk drive and locking screw
