To install the optical drive:

Place the device-retaining clip on the drive.
Position the optical drive into the bay.
Slide the drive in until secured by the latch.
Connect the power cable and the signal cable.
Return the system to the operational position. Close the top cover. Rotate the cover down until secured by the latches.
