Battery installation movie

To remove the battery pack:

1. Turn the computer off.
2. Disconnect the AC adapter and all cables from the computer.
3. Close the computer display and turn the computer over.
4. Unlock battery latch one.
5. Unlock and hold battery latch two and then slide out the battery pack.

Here is a closer look at a battery pack latch.

Note: If using an Ultrabase, the system must be removed from the Ultrabase prior to removing the battery.
