Hard disk drive installation movie

To remove the hard disk drive from bay 4:

1. Rotate the drive bay assembly upward to gain access to bay 4.
2. Disconnect the power cable and the signal cable from the hard disk drive.
3. Grasp the drive tray handle and pull the drive out of the cage.

To remove the drive tray from the hard drive:

1. Flex the tray to release the locking pins on the tray from the holes in the drive.
2. Remove the drive from the tray and place it on a static protected surface.
