• PC2-3200 and PC2-4300 DDR2 SDRAM memory upgrades -- The 3200 is a figure derived from twice the memory-side bus clock frequency (200 MHz x 2; data transfers can occur on both edges of the clock) times the module data width (64 bits / 8 bits / byte = 8 bytes) = 3,200. This is the maximum data rate; the units are MBps.
• Column Address Strobe (CAS) Latency (CL) of 3 (memory bus clock cycles) for PC2-3200 and CL4 for PC2-4300 memory.
• Non-parity mode organized as 32M x 64, and 64M x 64 respectively.
• Serial presence detect with Serial EEPROM.
