• Read or write data with its speedy data transfer rates
• Minimize recording errors with buffer underrun protection technology
• Play back DVD movies and run or install DVD software at up to 8x maximum (2) DVD data transfer rates

  1. Requires appropriate media. Some CD-R media supports storage of up to 700 MB.
  2. CD and DVD drives list maximum rates; rates are variable and are often less than the maximum possible.
