To install the front bezel:

Insert the bottom tab into the metal retainers at a 15 degree angle.
Push up the bezel until it snaps into position.
NOTE: The bottom of the bezel should be level with the box, then rotate the bezel in and push it against the frame to lock the tabs. Here is a closer look at the locking tabs. Here is a closer look at the bottom tabs and the metal retainers.
