To install the adapter retention latch

1. Position the EMC shield over the slots in the chassis.
2. Align the tab on the bottom of the slot cover with the cut-out on the chassis, and press into place.
3. Position the adapter retention latch hinge pins with the slots on the chassis, and rotate close
