The EMEA warranty/repair process flow is as follows:
The projector service center will arrange for the projector to be picked up from the customer location and sent to the repair center. After repair, the projector will be returned directly to the customer. The vendor commits to a 48 hour turnaround from the time when the projector is received at the repair center.
