Before you begin

1. Turn the machine off.
2. Disconnect the AC adapter.
3. Remove the main battery.
   Battery removal movie.
   

Hard disk drive installation movie.

To remove the hard disk drive

1. With the machine bottom side up remove the screw.
2. Open the cover.
3. Grasp the ridges on the side of the cover.
4. Pull the drive straight out.
