Notes:

• PC2700 memory options are supported by the following ThinkPad systems:
  • G41, R50, R50e, R50p, R51, T40, T40p, T41, T41p, T42, T42p, and X40
  • Systems that support PC2100 memory
• The ThinkPad R50e and T40 systems will run PC2700 memory at 266MHz
• All PC2700 memory is 333MHz Double Data Rate (DDR) Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), front side bus clock frequency 400MHz, non-parity, 200-pin SODIMM, with gold-plated leads
• If the memory modules are mixed (for example, using both PC 2100 and PC 2700) or the system supports only PC2100 memory, then the system memory will run at 266MHz.
