The new iLV200 ValueBased and iLC200 Conference Room Projectors are light, bright, and do more for less. Features and benefits include:

Warranty
Projector Hardware: 3 Years Limited - customer carry-in exchange
Projector Lamp: 3 Months Limited - customer carry-in exchange

The EMEA warranty/repair process flow is as follows:

• When a customer phones the Support Center with a projector problem the agent will first validate the warranty and then do a basic setup and problem determination.
• If the agent decides that there is a problem with the projector that requires service, the customer information is then passed on to the projector service center.
• The projector service center will arrange for the projector to be picked up from the customer location and sent to the repair center. After repair, the projector will be returned directly to the customer. The vendor commits to a 48 hour turnaround from the time when the projector is received at the repair center.
