1. Unlock the battery lock latch
2. Press and hold the battery release latch and slide the battery out of the slot in the chasis
3. Loosen the three captive screws.
4. Liftt the access panel off of the chasis
5. Press the two DIMM release latches
6. Carefully slide the DIMM out of the slot
7. Repeat for the other DIMM, if applicable
