For access, remove this FRUs in order:

• Battery pack.
• Bottom slot cover.

DANGER Use only the battery specified in the parts list for your computer. Any other battery could ignite or explode.

Release the cable from the cable guide of the backup battery as shown in the direction of arrow [2]

When installing: Make sure that the connector is attached firmly.
