The prpatch10.exe file corrects the following problems with the Create Product Recovery Media program when used with Windows Vista. 1. Corrects a factory recovery failed problem when used with Multi-HDDs or partitions in Windows Vista system. 2. Updates the Factory Recovery program.

This Create Product Recovery Media update might also work with other systems that meet the system requirements. However, no testing has been done with these systems and no support is provided for using Create Product Recovery Media on any system other than those listed as a "Supported system"
Downloading the package
Click the file links to download the files from the Web page.
When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the file.
Installing the package
Windows Vista
Click Start, then click Search.
Type prpatch10.exe in the search field, then click Search Everywhere. This will locate the file you just downloaded.
Double-click the prpatch10.exe icon. You might see the message "A program needs your permission to continue." If you see this message, click Continue.
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
