Start Windows XP and logon with administrative privileges.
Double-click the driver package to extract it to your hard drive. The default location is C:\DRIVERS\Win\ETHERNET
Click Start, then click Run...
Specify "DrvInst\IA32\SETUP.EXE" with the full path name where you extracted the package in step 2, and click OK. Example: C:\DRIVERS\Win\ETHERNET\DrvInst\IA32\SETUP.EXE
Follow the instructions on the screen.
Click Finish to complete the installation and restart the system if necessary.
Unattended Install
Note: This is for system administrators use only.

If necessary, restart the system.
Uninstallation
Start Windows XP and logon with administrative privileges.
Click Start, then click Control Panel.
Click Add/Remove Programs.
Select Broadcom Gigabit Integrated Controller.
Click Uninstall/Change. The driver will be uninstalled automatically.
