This package provides the Maintenance Manager software for Microsoft Windows Vista 32 bit and Windows XP users.

Installation instructions

Start Windows and log on with the user ID authorized as an administrator for Windows Vista.
Double-click the driver package to extract it to your hard drive.
Note where the files are extracted.
Click Start, select All Programs, select Accessories, click Run.
Specify SETUP.EXE with the full path name where you extracted the package in the step 2, and click OK.
Follow the directions on the screen.
Click Finish to reboot the system and complete the installation.

Unattended install

Note: This is for system administrators' use only.
Follow the steps in the Manual instalation section above, only use the S parameter for the setup in step 4.
Example: [Path where the files were extracted]\SETUP.EXE -S in the Open box, and click OK.

Determining which version is installed

Click Start, select All Programs, then select ThinkVantage, and click Maintenance Manager to start the program.
Select the About tab.
The version information fort Maintenance Manager and its driver will be displayed.
