- Start Windows 2000. Logon with administrative privileges.
- Download the file to the hard drive.
- Click Start, then click Run.
- Click Browse, locate the downloaded file, then click Open. Click OK to extract the file. The file will extract in the directory where the downloaded file is located.
- Click Start, then click Run.
- Click Browse, locate the SETUP file in the directory where the files were extracted, then click Open. Click OK to run setup.
For unattended install, execute SETUP.EXE with the /S option. (For example, [Path where the files were extracted]\SETUP.EXE /S) - Follow the instructions on the screen.
- Click Start, select All programs, select ThinkVantage, then click Away Manager.
- Select the About tab. The version will be displayed.
