Downloading the update

1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
   
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save the downloaded file.

Installing the update

NOTE: Some operating systems may not be covered by the auto-install. Specific instructions for these platforms are covered in the sub-directories of the C:\IBMTOOLS\DRIVERS\QP6Z11US folder.

1. Click Start, highlight Find, then click Files or Folders.
2. Type qp6z11us.exe in the search box, then click Find Now. This will locate the qp6z11us.exe file you just downloaded.
   
3. Double-click the qp6z11us.exe icon.
4. Click Next.
5. Click I accept the terms in the license agreement.
6. Click Next.
7. Ensure that "Save files in folder" is set to C:\IBMTOOLS\DRIVERS\QP6Z11US.
8. Click Next.
9. Click Finish to extract the necessary files to your hard disk drive.
